Our Capabilities

Every successful landscape begins with a considered and collaborative plan. Our design process is focused on creating practical, beautiful spaces that are tailored to your site and needs, providing a clear roadmap for the entire project.

For projects with complex structural or site challenges, we offer professional engineering consultancy. This service ensures that all elements are designed and specified to meet Australian Standards and local council requirements. We coordinate with certified engineers to provide planning, reports, and certifications for elements like large-scale retaining walls or complex drainage systems, giving you complete confidence in the structural integrity and compliance of your project.

Proper earthworks are the foundation of a successful and stable landscape. We manage all aspects of site preparation, from initial clearing and excavation to detailed grading and soil conditioning. Whether creating level terraces on a sloping block or shaping gentle contours for a new garden, our professional approach ensures your site is perfectly prepared for the structures and planting to come.

Water brings a unique sense of tranquility and life to any garden. We specialise in designing and constructing seamless pool surrounds that transform your pool from a standalone element into a fully integrated oasis. This includes the installation of durable, non-slip paving and decking, compliant safety fencing, and carefully selected poolside planting. Beyond pools, we also create a range of custom water features, from formal reflection ponds to naturalistic ecosystem ponds that attract wildlife, establishing a beautiful and serene focal point in your landscape.

Stone walls provide essential stability and form to the landscape, creating level areas and managing slopes with enduring strength. We specialise in the traditional craft of stonemasonry, using natural materials like local sandstone and bush rock to add a timeless, natural character to any property.

Timber brings warmth and functional elegance to outdoor spaces. Our landscape carpentry services cover everything from expansive decks and pergolas to practical elements like privacy screens and stairs, with a focus on using durable recycled hardwoods and railway sleepers.

Considered, durable paving and pathway construction using natural stone, quality pavers and permeable surfaces. We build with long-term performance and safe passage in mind, from a garden stepping path and entertaining terrace to a fully compliant public access route.

The final layer of any landscape is the living element. Our horticultural expertise ensures we select and install plants that will thrive in the local climate, creating a garden that is both beautiful and sustainable.

Before we turn the soil or lay a single stone, we acknowledge those who have nurtured it for generations. Adam's Garden acknowledges the Darkinjung people, the Traditional Custodians of the Central Coast, and recognises their sovereignty which was never ceded. Theirs is the original and enduring connection to this Country. We strive to walk gently and work with respect on the land they have cared for since time immemorial. We pay our respects to their Elders—past, present, and the young ones who are the new growth of their community.
